GOTH INFIGHTING ON NYHAPPENINGS!

goth foodfight! he he. so a goth who only identifies himself as "stockyard channing" wrote in complete disgust about sunday's tres fun looking goth beauty pageant. i thought the hipster pseudo goth revival was supposed to be ironic! weren't we all poking fun at gothdom like 5 minutes ago? "I know that this is the trendiest egroup in NYC, but I'm a bit disappointed that none of you (c'mon, Daniel, you've got brains!) turkeys did any homework. If you had, you'd know that there has beena Gothic Beauty Pageant in NYC for many years now. It's been held by actual goths at ALCHEMY, not the trendies with pathetic connections to Details magazine and other, poseur shittt. Now that you trendies (by the way, that article on "Visions of the Apocaplypse" just showshow they're shamelessly ripping off the goth scene) know that there is another pageant and that its been run by a real scene, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Are you going to try to reach out to the already existing pageant and invite its organizers, judges, etc. on-board?
