SECRET LOVERS CLUB WEEKEND IN REVIEW!
check the tag. rafie got me this amazing plant. This was a very nice weekend: (pics below) dfa records party friday with lots of funtastickers...kele from bloc party was there. apparently gavin from vice was being followed around by a camera crew. james murphy was def being trailed by video cameras. saturday was the nyc grassroots media conference with workshops by visual resistance, swoon, complacent and rev billy. then swoon put up art on the street and we all stormed a starbucks with rev billy. sunday was mostly lazy until the grub dinner-dumpstered and cooked by the incredible toyshop collective (godchild of 2 of my fave peeps in the world tod and swoon). sunday was way way fun with appearances by ZIPCO, jeff stark, 1/2 of darius and downey and other delicious people. it all ended with getting a bike--because robyn's making me give hers back. good timing. i'm still looking for a road bike--if you hear of anything.

the appearence we all made sunday was fucking delicious. congrats on the bike. my site is awake for the first time in a while, and i got an email from you that I cant read for some brilliant yahoo reason. its all fantasic news.

I was super amped to dance my pants off and take a shot at making out with tod's ex "party machine" girlfriend (i'm a year late and a set short) but I actually have to leave the city to go to a funeral of a friend of mine. fucking depressing.
i might be back in time for kickball. if not (and just in case for both, to taunt me with later...) you better take a digicam full of pics i can check out.
