GOODBYE BUMPS. HELLO LIFE IMPROVEMENT!!!

thanks to ben running for the pic! so this weekend was LOVELY. the first order of business i must tell you about in case you haven't noticed is: BUMPS ARE ON THE WAY OUT! GOODBYE AWFUL ACCIDENTS ON THE WBURG BRIDGE! so many fucking accidents later, and a movement against the damn things and the city is FINALLY getting rid of them. it's awesome when your city stops trying to kill you for a few minutes of your commute. so. anyway. FRIDAY was the nola benefit todd p put on and i completely punked on it! yup stayed home and watched the incredible show "undeclared" on DVD fucking hilarious. drank up a storm. SATURDAY was fun fun fun at the andy kessler benefit. completely packed. lots of rad art and skateboarding. i saw muffin afterward and she totally big-sistered me. she was like "have you been drinking? lots of free drinks at the art opening, hmmm?" then we saw poorboy johnson & the goddamn rattlesnake at hank's saloon. wonderful as always. hit oconnor's afterward for a LOT of nightcaps. SUNDAY holy fucking shitfuck we had fun. drove up to the catskills (phoenicia, ny) and went *WHITEWATER TUBING* um, can anything be more awesome than whitewater tubing? no. obviously. more on the bumps.
