NAOMI KLEIN & ERIK GUSTAFSON ON TROOP WITHDRAWAL

Troops out now? Naomi Klein and Erik Gustafson talk about the debate for US troops to leave now, or to rebuild and then leave. Whether the U.S troops are actually helping to rebuild or if they are hindering efforts to rebuild and allow credible Iraqis to rebuild for themselves is really at the crux of the debate. A few excellent points are made in this debate. Unfortunately, I still don't feel like I have the answer--since the people I know giving me first hand accounts say that to leave Iraq now in a shambles as it is amounts to a crime against humanity. Klein says that the insurgents who would cause the damage feared in Iraq are already in power and the U.S troops exacerbate the problem heavily. I'm not sure what to think. Watch or listen to this really excellent interview here.

id have to agree with your friends in Iraq, but slightly different, this war is allready a crime against humanity, its a damn shame none of the orchestrators, or civil society, will ever see "justice"

and when we lose some sort of terrible war with china, you can bet our boys in the power ties are getting gassed for the war crimes.

assasins do still exist though, the old pope-mobile used to just be a auto-mobile before someone started taking pot shots. cross the fingers, someone might have theirs on a trigger.

maybe the olympics in NYC is a good idea
like those greeks,
take em out!
big events that displace populations, and attract large amounts of people are super inviting to those that wish to inflict harm.
lets just hope they have good aim and go for the "right" ones!
