So as a little experiment today to see about the new act that was passed making EC available over the counter (a pharmacist can prescribe it) I went to the Duane Reade near my office that's connected to the Port Authority and asked for it. I brought info about the act that was passed wednesday. She totally denied me the EC. I'm not sure if that was fully illegal. I'll have to find out more. In the meantime.
