This is it, Judge John Roberts has been nominated by President Bush to replace Justice Sandra Day O'Connor on the Supreme Court.
Roberts openly opposes Roe v. Wade. His nomination to the Supreme Court will put a woman's right to choose in extreme jeopardy.
